Return Policy:
An item that is bought at full price can be shipped back to 16455 highway 43 suite 102 grove hill, al 36451 or brought back in store within 21 days of the date purchased as long as the item has not been worn & the tags are still attached (or shoes are in original shoe boxes) for store credit or exchange only. No refunds/cancellations. Receipt (or an order number) MUST be sent back with the item in order for us to process the exchange. An item purchased at a discount is final sale - NO return/Exchange.
Reminder: we are not responsible for any packages after they leave our facility. If you have an issue with tracking or order delivery please reach out to your local post office for help!
